*Price is dependent on total square footage of home, number of bedrooms and outdoor amenities.

 * Sessions include all interior and all exterior spaces, including pools, hot tubs, decks, immediate beach accesses, and relaxation areas. Specific staging can be included in pricing such as dining areas and kitchens for a small fee. All fees include travel, professional editing and digital images.

Additional Full Photo Shoot Pricing

Staging/Setup Fee = $50.00

Staging and setup fee is for the home prep should you not be there to prepare home for session. This includes the opening of blinds, lights turned on, bedding prep to ensure all bedding and pillows are straightened, straightening pictures as needed, toiletries removed from sight (including plungers, toilet brushes, etc.). 

Aerial shots of property = $75.00

(outside of full shoot is $150 for aerials only)

Twilight session = $150

Sunrise session = $150

Partial Pricing

Partial photo shoots are available only if a full shoot has been completed for your property. 

Pricing is dependent on items requested to be re-shot due to upgrades. (i.e. single bedroom, flooring throughout home, outside deck replacement, etc.) Contact me for special pricing!

What is included in the session?

Real estate photography pricing includes my travel to property (service areas include Carova to Hatteras, Currituck County, Camden County), session (1-3 hours), professional photo editing, personal online photo gallery to which you can share in your online advertisement, print release, and all edited digital images.
